With more than 37 years of experience in the automotive industry, Tom Zukowski serves as a key Project Manager at Precision Calibration. His career spans multiple sectors, including automobile salvage, auto parts, and dealership operations, where he held both Sales and Service Manager roles.

Tom is also a licensed Auto Auctioneer and the former owner of QRP of Southern New England, a well-known and respected name in the regional automotive market. His deep industry knowledge, leadership, and commitment to precision play an essential role in delivering the high-quality calibration services our partners rely on.

Chris Hughes brings more than 20 years of automotive industry experience to Precision Calibration. He spent 11 years in Sales Management with BMW, specializing in pre-owned BMW and non-BMW acquisitions, inventory management, and certified pre-owned operations. During his tenure, he earned multiple BMW performance awards, including Platinum (2017, 2019), Gold (2018), and Silver (2020).

Chris also spent eight years as a sales professional with Honda. For the past 2½ years, he has worked in the ADAS field, achieving Pro Level III status and Platinum I-CAR Certification. He now leads our ADAS Calibration Shop with a strong commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and OEM-correct procedures.

Jamie Smith has been a valued ADAS Calibration Technician at Precision Calibration for two and a half years. He brings over 25 years of automotive experience, including his credentials as an Automotive Glass Unlimited Journey Person (AG-2) and an Automotive Glass Unlimited Contractor (AG-1).

Jamie is Pro Level 1 and Gold Class I-CAR certified, reflecting his commitment to expert, OEM-compliant calibration work. His experience, precision, and professionalism make him an integral part of our team.
